Dialnium Infra Inc respects your privacy. This section explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, phone, email and site address.
• Order information: items, specifications, quantities, purchase orders, invoices and delivery records.
• Account details for your customer account.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To process orders, arrange delivery and handle invoices and payments.
• To contact you about your requirement, account or an order in progress.
• To improve our service, including pricing insight and delivery performance.

Who sees your data

• Each user sees only their own data. A customer never sees another customer's data or our margin.
• We share information with delivery providers, payment services and professional advisers only as needed to complete your order or meet legal requirements.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Security

We use access controls, two-step verification for administrators and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and never send it by message.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons. Write to info@dialnium.com.

Terms of use

• Information on this site is for general guidance. Prices change often, so the price confirmed in your order confirmation applies.
• Rates of steel, cement and similar items can change quickly during the day. An order is priced at the rate shown when it is confirmed.
• An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation, after receiving your order and any advance payment that applies.
• GST is shown separately. Transport and loading charges are shown on your order.
• You agree to give accurate information and to use your account only for lawful business purposes.
• Content, logo and design of this site belong to Dialnium Infra Inc and may not be copied without permission.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kalyan/Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Payment and credit

• New customers: advance of 50 to 100 percent, or payment before delivery, for the first orders.
• After a few good orders, we may offer a small credit limit, for example 15 days.
• Regular customers with a good record may receive a higher limit, up to 30 days. All credit stays within a written limit.
• Credit has a cost and is reflected in the price.
• We send a reminder three days before the due date. If a payment is overdue, we may pause further dispatches and, where needed, seek recovery through legal means.
• Payments should be made only to our bank account shown on the invoice. Please confirm bank details by phone if you receive a change request.

Delivery and returns

• Delivery time and location are stated on your order confirmation and depend on stock and transport availability.
• Please check quantity and condition on delivery, take photos and sign the challan with your remarks.
• Report any damage or shortage in writing within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
• Return or replacement follows the terms confirmed for that order. Made-to-order, cut or used material cannot be returned.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control are not breaches of these terms, but we will keep you informed.
